Over the past three decades, the focus of minimally invasive gynecologic surgery has been on laparoscopy. Yet, the next decade will be led by hysteroscopy.
Hysteroscopy is no longer merely a surgical technique—it has become a real-time diagnostic tool that allows direct visualization of the endometrium. It enables us to see the true condition inside the uterus, rather than rely solely on ultrasound interpretation. With this real-time visualization, we can more precisely assess endometrial receptivity for implantation, achieve early diagnosis of gynecologic diseases, and assist in cancer screening and prevention—ushering gynecology into the era of real-time diagnosis.
The 2025 Hysteroscopy Society Annual Meeting is a reflection of this transformation. This year, we are honored to welcome distinguished experts from Spain, Armenia, India, Thailand, South Korea, China, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Nigeria, joining Taiwanese specialists to share their knowledge, insights, and experiences in advancing hysteroscopic practice.
From AI-assisted presentation design and image-based diagnostics, to office hysteroscopy for diagnosis and see- and-treat procedures, management of hysteroscopic complications and practical instrument selection, and cross-cultural discussions on clinical practice— this year's meeting fully embodies the spirit of hysteroscopy: where technology meets education, and science meets humanity.
Taiwan stands at a pivotal position in the development of hysteroscopy in Asia—serving not only as a starting
point for collaboration but also as a driving force for innovation. Through this annual meeting, we hope to connect the
wisdom and clinical experience of experts from around the world, allowing Asia to shine on the global stage of
hysteroscopic excellence and create new milestones in gynecologic medicine.
Let hysteroscopy become a universal language in medicine—one that bridges precision and empathy, science and
clinical care, to protect the health of women worldwide.

過去三十年，婦科微創手術的重心在腹腔鏡，但真正引領下一個十年的，是「子宮鏡」。
子宮鏡已不僅是一項手術技術，而是一個能即時觀察內膜狀況的診斷工具。它能「看見」子宮內部真實的樣 貌，不再只是依賴超音波的推測。藉由這樣的即時影像，我們能更精準地評估懷孕著床的內膜狀態、早期診斷 婦科疾病，並協助進行癌症的篩檢與預防——讓婦科醫學真正進入「即時診斷」的時代。
2025 子宮鏡醫學會年會正是這場變革的具體展現。今年，我們邀請來自西班牙、亞美尼亞、印度、泰國、南 韓、中國、菲律賓、印尼與奈及利亞的國際專家，與台灣的學者共同分享經驗與見解，攜手推動子宮鏡技術的 進步。
從AI 輔助簡報與影像診斷、門診子宮鏡檢查與即時治療、子宮鏡併發症的臨床處理與器械應用選擇實作，到 文化差異下的臨床經驗與實踐討論——今年的年會完整體現了子宮鏡的核心精神:科技結合教育，學術結合人 文。
台灣正站在亞洲子宮鏡發展的關鍵位置，這不只是交流的起點，更是創新的動力。期盼透過這場年會，連結各 地專家的智慧與臨床經驗，讓亞洲在全球子宮鏡領域中發光發熱，為婦科醫學開創新的里程碑。讓「子宮鏡 學」成為跨越語言與國界的醫學語言，結合科學的精準與臨床的溫度，守護全世界女性的健康。
